We offer a complete line of glass and polypropylene autosampler vials, caps and accessories, designed to save our chromatography lab customers time and money. Coupling over a quarter of a century of experience with in-house glass and plastic production facilities, we manufacture and stock our own proprietary items and a variety of standard glass products.

ENVIRONMENTAL & GENERAL LAB – VIALS, BOTTLES AND JARS

We have a complete line vials, bottles and jars with PTFR lined closures in amber and borosilicate glass and HDPE.

Available in standard, precleaned or precleaned/certified in accordance with recommended E.P.A. protocol.

CLASS 1: (Standard) Containers are assembled with liner and closure without

washing treatment.

CLASS 2: (Precleaned) Containers are processed according to EPA recommended swash procedures. Washed with laboratory grade biodegradable, non-phosphate detergent, rinsed with ASTM Type I De-ionized water, oven dried, and assembled in a contaminate-free environment. The exterior of each case is labeled with a lot number. Each case contains a copy of wash “Standard Operating Procedure.”

CLASS 3: (Certified) Containers are processed according to EPA recommended swash procedures. Washed with laboratory grade biodegradable, non-phosphate detergent, rinsed with ASTM Type I De-ionized water, oven dried and assembled in a contaminate-free environment. ‘The exterior of each case is labeled with a lot number. Each case contains a “Certificate of Analysis.”

An independent laboratory is used to certify the container’s cleanliness, assuring impartial results.

BIOTECHNOLOGY – 96 WELL MICRO PLATES, MATS AND ACCESSORIES

An improvement on existing 96-Well systems, the Multi-Tier™ Plate is a patented modular, reusable system featuring a base plate capable of securing 0.5mL, 1.0mL, 1.5mL, 2.0mL or 2.5mL conical glass, flat bottom and polypropylene vials. The vented design of the base plate assures uniform heating and cooling when immersed in a water bath. The cover locks the liner in place and prevents vial pullout. The prescored PTFE/Silicone/PTFE liner permits easy needle penetration, while the Molded PTFE/Silicone liner locks into each of the 96 vials and reseals after multiple injections thus reducing the chance of solvent evaporation and cross contamination.
